Payments and service fees
You agree to pay all airline charges, taxes, service fees, and other amounts disclosed before purchase. Charges may appear separately when more than one supplier or service provider participates in the transaction. Any applicable service fee will be communicated before you authorize payment.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the fare rules and policies of the applicable airline or travel supplier. Some tickets are nonrefundable or carry change penalties. Any BestFlightsBooking service fee may be separate from supplier penalties and may be nonrefundable once assistance has been provided, except where required by law.
Traveler responsibilities
